The vertical plate freezer is used to freeze products in blocks on the fishing vessels or on land. It is suitable for bulk foods like fish, meat and vegetables or liquid food like juice, milk, pulp and etc.
The design and manufacture of Wolfking’s vertical plate freezer are based on the top equipment in the industry, and are widely used in domestic and foreign land factories, ocean fishing boats and other sites.

The evaporators are divided into 6 groups, and each group is equipped with damper device. During operation, the evaporator can be closed in sequence for hot gas defrosting, and can be defrosted and cleaned thoroughly after continuous use for one week (7 days).
