Family-run in the 4th generation

FESSMANN has stood for innovation and quality since 1924. As a family-run company in the 4th generation, we have specialized in the manufacture of systems for the thermal treatment of food. Our core competence lies in smoking, but our portfolio also includes drying, cooking, baking, cooling and air conditioning.

Founded 100 years ago by Wilhelm Fessmann, innovation, customer proximity and employee loyalty have always been our cornerstones. On October 1, 1997, Ulrich Fessmann joined the management team and continued the tradition. Denis Gabriel has also been part of the company since 2020 and has been managing the company together with Ulrich Fessmann since 2024.
